If you need a larger setup than a standard studio setup, Studio IX is extremely dynamic and we can accomodate you with as much space as you need (we have 4200 square feet to work with). Extra Large Umbrella is available for $5 with a light rental. If you only need light modifiers, they must be compatible with the lights you are using. The Insurance/deposit paid for Studio Rental covers lights and modifiers. If you intend to use a check for your deposit, the check must clear prior to your scheduled studio rental.

The Half day rate is based on a four-hour window and must be scheduled from 10am to 2pm or 3pm to 7pm. If additional time is needed, and the studio is not booked in the following block, these blocks can be extended for $50/hr. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to book the timeslot. If you cancel your booked slot with 24 hours notice, you will forfeit half of the total booking cost; the entire deposit will be forfeit without at least 24 hours notice and full payment will be required in advance for future booking.

The Full day rate is based on a nine-hour period (10am-7pm). If additional time is needed, it will be billed at $50/hr as it will extend beyond (or start before) our normal operating hours. The full day rental also comes with complimentary beverages for up to 4 people (not alcohol). A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to book the timeslot. If you cancel your booked slot with 24 hours notice, you will forfeit half of the total booking cost(entire deposit); the entire deposit and remainder of total amount will be forfeit without at least 24 hours notice and full payment will be required in advance for future booking.
